Background

I grew up in operations—hands on keys at 16. In the USAF I ran high-trust comms across Europe (TS/SCI) and learned to execute when it actually matters. On 9/11 I helped reroute traffic under pressure. That bias for action never left.

Since then I’ve led as CTO/COO and as a builder: Target rollouts 10× faster, BetterTrades from support fire-drills to systems, trading platforms shipped, and startups launched with playbooks that outlast people.

Current Focus

Today I come in as fractional COO/CTO to steady the plane and plot the course: stabilize critical systems, tighten run-rate, and drive adoption. Recent work: CRM usage from 50% → 90%+, 35–70% cost reductions without performance hits, and a social platform scaled to 50K+ active users.
